WHEN WILL YOU SHIP MY ITEMS?

✔️ All items are subject to 2 days handling period before they are dispatched.

✔️ All our products are shipped on demand (meaning we make them as our orders come in).

✔️ We will notify you by email when your items have been shipped.

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ITEM(S)?

(United States Customers). 

✔️ For all Standard Shipping orders please allow up to 2 -7  Business Days to delivery. 

✔️ For all Priority or Express Shipping orders, customers should expect to receive their item(s) in 3 - 7 business days. (not available on some items).

(International Customers)

✔️ For all International Shipping, please allow 2 to 4 weeks for delivery time.

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

We do offer international shipping. We are available to ship to UK, Australia, Belgium, Spain, Germany, France, and Much More.

HOWEVER PLEASE BE AWARE….

Orders shipped outside of the United States may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and fees levied by the destination country. The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to such import taxes, customs duties, and fees, which are levied once a shipment reaches the recipient’s country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be fulfilled by the recipient; Top Pickup General Store has no control over these charges, nor can Top Pickup General Store predict what they may be.

Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for more information. When customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates.

WHERE ARE MY ITEMS COMING FROM?

Although our main offices are located in North America, some of our specialty items are located in other countries such Dominican Republic

WILL MY ITEMS BE SENT IN ONE PACKAGE?

For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you’ve specified combined shipping. Please keep this in mind when receiving deliveries.

WHY DON'T I SEE MY TRACKING INFO?

It’s not uncommon for NO tracking information to show until your package has been scanned in by the US carriers. It might remain “blank” for up to 2 days after you receive your tracking link.

HOW IS EXPEDITED SHIPPING HANDLED?

These items are shipped in 1-3 days excluding weekends. They are sent tracked and expedited quickly to arrive in the time frame stated on the order checkout.
